Scope

This policy covers www.mandonothing.com and the Google Cloud application ManDoNothing uses to access Google Search Console. ManDoNothing serves companies across Asia Pacific.

Google user data

ManDoNothing operates a Google Cloud OAuth application. Only the owner of this website uses it. It accesses Google Search Console for our own property, mandonothing.com. No other person signs in to it, and it does not access data for any other website.

Data we access: Search Console performance data (search queries, impressions, clicks, positions), URL indexing status and sitemap status for mandonothing.com.

Permission: the application requests the Search Console scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters. This scope is read and write. We use write only to submit and manage sitemaps for our own property.

Use: we use this data only to monitor and improve how mandonothing.com appears in Google Search.

Storage: the OAuth tokens and the reports are stored on devices and systems the site owner controls. We do not store this data on a public server.

Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine learning models.

Revoke access: you can remove the application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use: ManDoNothing's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Website visitors

Analytics: the site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and inquiry submissions. Google Analytics can set cookies in your browser.

Advertising measurement: if you allow it in the consent prompt, the site loads the OpenAI ads measurement script to measure visits, consultation clicks and successful inquiries from ads. If you decline, the script does not load. Your choice is saved in your browser and you can change it at any time.

First visit source: the site saves the referring website and campaign labels (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) of your first visit in your browser. If you send an inquiry, this information is sent with it.

Inquiry form: if you send an inquiry, we receive your name, company, email, other contact details, your message, the page and language. We use this information only to reply to you. It is delivered to our team by email and to our Feishu workspace (notification and CRM).

Hosting: the site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiries for as long as needed for the business relationship. To ask for access to or deletion of your information, email us.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update this page and the effective date.
